Ok, first question...how did you get involved in youth ministry? Call from God, lose a bet, beats sanitation, feeds my soul?

love liturgy, art, and conversation--it's like the perfect job. only hard.

I am an only child, a bit of an introvert, and until a few years ago I hadn't talked with a teenager since I was one. But once I got involved as a volunteer, I was hooked. There is just nothing like being a witness to God's work in the life of a young person...even or maybe especially when they are not yet aware of it themselves.

Yep, a great gig...but definitely a challenge.
